PR & Influencer Marketing Intern

About Role

Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in customized engagement rings and fine jewelry. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Intern to join our growing Marketing team. his role will support the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer campaigns and brand partnerships that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.

The ideal candidate is passionate about social media and influencer culture, has a sharp eye for brand alignment, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This is a part-time, temporary role based in our Midtown NYC office.

Responsibilities

PR Support

• Organize and share new launch materials with our PR agency partners
• Assist with new product launches, coordinating timelines, assets, and deliverables
• Place and track press gifting orders
• Create and maintain lookbooks for press opportunities

Influencer Support

• Support day-to-day management of influencer and talent relationships, from sourcing and outreach to campaign execution and tracking
• Manage influencer gifting, including outreach, order placement, and follow-up
• Maintain detailed tracking of orders placed and ensure deliverables go live on time
• Collect and organize user-generated content (UGC) for cross-channel use
• Monitor primary DMs to identify and engage with influencer partners
• Maintain records of all influencer gifting, features and results

• Manage the influencers chats and respond to creator inquiries
• Assist with inventory management 

Event & Community Support

• Assist with influencer and press events, managing vendors and coordinating details.,
• Support community events and onsite activations as needed

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
• 1–2 years of internship or work experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or communications
• Ability to work onsite at our Midtown NYC office
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• A self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

• The compensation range for this role is $20-25/hr
