Smith+Nephew seeks a Project Administration Co-Op in the Manufacturing ERP System Upgrade Program (named TITAN) to join the PMO (Program Management Office) and work on project administrative, communications, change management, stakeholder management and other ad-hoc tasks.
This role will allow an enthusiastic individual to contribute to an ERP project that has huge impact on the Smith+Nephew global manufacturing. The ideal candidate is always curious but applies with rigor to any problem they choose to solve. The candidate can work independently, but also in full collaboration with other team members. The position will be based in Andover, MA.
What will you be doing?
This opportunity will involve working with a project team that consists of business process experts, IT experts and external consultants to learn how an ERP project is executed within a global company such as Smith+Nephew.
Responsibilities include assisting Project Management Office members in project administrative tasks, creating project communication materials, maintaining regular meetings and updates with stakeholders in the organization.

What will you need to be successful?
Education:
Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program for a relevant field (i.e. project management, data science, information systems, etc
Experience:
Previous applicable intern, co-op, part-time or apprenticeship experience is preferred
Competencies:
Experience using Microsoft applications.
Strong understanding of project management principles.
Works very well in a collaborative, fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment, and thrives under pressure.
Can work very well with geographically distributed teams and can work with teams from a very diverse background.
Can be flexible with working hours considering different time zones. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
