Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Employee Experience team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and performance management. The HR Intern will work closely with senior team members to support day-to-day HR processes, help enhance communication and organization across teams, and ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

Team Staffing & Coordination

  • Assist senior team members in staffing client teams by maintaining up-to-date records of assignments.
  • Track staffing changes and ensure relevant files, trackers, and systems reflect current information.

Operations & Administration

  • Monitor email requests and flag missed or time-sensitive emails to the team.
  • Ensure HR systems, trackers, and documentation are accurate and current.
  • Support internal communication initiatives and help streamline information flow across teams.

Performance Management Support

  • Assist with performance review processes, including:
    • Following up with team members for feedback submissions.
    • Compiling and organizing reviews in a clear, consistent format.
    • Tracking completion and flagging outstanding items.

Employee Experience Initiatives

  • Contribute to projects that support engagement, learning, and team culture.
  • Provide administrative support for team events, trainings, or workshops and ad hoc requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter, able to take initiative
  • Must be resourceful and a strong problem-solver
  • Works well in a collaborative environment
