About the Team:
Are you excited by the idea of building tools that directly impact the daily work of thousands of technicians? Do you enjoy working with modern front-end technologies and learning from experienced engineers?
This team builds internal applications that streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience through better technician support. You’ll be part of a group that values clean code, thoughtful design, and practical solutions.

You’ll collaborate with other front-end and full-stack engineers, UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders across Comcast. You’ll also have access to mentorship from senior engineers and opportunities to grow your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain responsive, accessible web applications using React and TypeScript.
Style components using Tailwind CSS and Comcast’s internal Prism design system.
Manage application state using Jotai and other modern state management tools.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team ceremonies.
Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
Debug and resolve frontend issues across browsers and devices.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Continuously learn and apply best practices in front-end development.

PreferredSkills
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with React and TypeScript.
Understanding of CSS frameworks (Tailwind preferred).
Exposure to state management libraries (Jotai, Redux, etc.).
Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Majors: Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2026- Spring 2028)
Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2026 semester before graduating)
Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program starting June 1, 2026, through August 14, 2026
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Base Pay: $32.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
