We’re seeking a Product Management/Data Analysis Intern for Summer 2026 to support our transformation in product analytics. The intern will help implement a new analytics tool, capture user behavior data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for product and engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone curious, analytical, and eager to learn about software products, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with implementation and setup of a new product analytics tool
  • Capture and tag pages within products to track user behavior and engagement
  • Create dashboards and reports to share insights with product and engineering leaders
  • Analyze product usage data to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support transformation of user analytics processes and tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and interpret customer insights

Education and Experience:

  • Working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related study.
  • Anticipated graduation date within one year of internship
  • Minimum Overall and Major GPA of 2.8

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid driver's license required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Charlotte NC Hourly Salary: $21.50 - $25.00

Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation.
