Job Description
NBCUniversal is a leader in providing entertainment programming to the US and international marketplaces. The Universal Pictures Home Entertainment division is responsible for the global distribution of NBCU’s film and TV content across various home entertainment platforms. Within the Global Distribution division, UPHE team is responsible for growing transactional digital (Electronic Sell-through and Transactional Video on Demand) business, with a focus on strategising and executing consumer marketing campaigns that maximise revenue and impact, as well as managing ongoing customer relationships with top-tier digital platforms including Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Google, and Foxtel.
To provide general administrative support to Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager and VP of Marketing – Assisting to develop and deploy marketing campaigns for movies and TV series. In addition to this you will support the business’ key clients via. promotional efforts and supply of marketing materials.
Duties will include general administrative support to Marketing team such as:
- Update and distribute schedules and reports as required
- Assist and contribute to agency briefs and internal brainstorming sessions for films to ensure that each film is uniquely nurtured and developed.
- Assist in the coordination of best-in-class client facing presentations in conjunction with Marketing Manager(s)
- Asset collation and distribution of marketing materials (i.e. artwork and trailers) to marketing teams and external stakeholders and agencies.
- Manage all aspects of campaign set-up with Marketing Manager(s)
- Support Manager(s) and VP Marketing in light of absence, travel, holiday or illness.
- Supporting Marketing Manager(s) with finance tasks including raising purchase orders.
- Perform other marketing duties and/or projects as needed.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- Passion for movies and/or TV shows
- Enthusiasm for learning a growing business
- Creativity either in design or creative approaches to projects
- Collaboration - A strong team work ethic
- Basic skill levels in PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Excel
- This part time role requires a 9-month commitment, from February 2026 - November 2026

Desired Characteristics
- Completing a degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
