Internship Details:

  • Dates: June 1 – August 7, 2026

  • Schedule: Full-time,40 hours/week (Monday–Friday)

  • Pay:$16.60

Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college/university or May 2026 graduate   

  • Passionate about our mission 

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Internship Focus:

Our experiential team creates and delivers shared experiences designed toacquireand cultivate donors across Northern Illinois and Wisconsin. This role,locatedin our Chicagooffice, focuseson supporting programs and events that fund the mission of St. Jude including golf tournaments, galaeventsand walk/run events.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide pre-event support for St. Jude Chicago Golf Classic, St. Jude Dream Chicago, and St. Jude Walk/Run ChicagoThis will include auction and raffle support, restaurant partner management, volunteermanagementand communication/PR support.

  • Assistwith event execution and post-event wrap-upThis will include on-site attendance, event data reconciliation, auction package fulfillment, thank you correspondence, etc.Onsite event attendance includes following events: St. Jude Celebrates – A Legacy of Equity(Saturday, June 20, 2026).

  • Help with stewardship and cultivation efforts for partners throughout Northern Illinois/Wisconsin area – including collegiate, corporate, and individual donors.

  • Provide support for expanding multicultural engagement across the Chicago market, including potential event support, partnership prospecting, and community outreach.

Majors preferred:Communications, public relations, marketing, business management

Skills preferred:Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite; Strong interpersonal communicationsskills
