Business Operations Intern/Co-op

Join our dynamic Product Marketing team and gain hands-on experience supporting the strategy and execution of product launches and marketing campaigns. As a co-op, you’ll play a key role in helping bring new products to market and ensuring our materials are accurate, approved, and impactful.

We are currently looking for highly motivated Marketing student to join us in our Boston, Massachusetts, USA office for a 6-month co-op, running from January– June 2026 term. This is a hybrid position, where you are expected to be in the office Tuesday-Thursday, with the opportunity to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Position Responsibilities: 

• Assist with product launch activities and campaign execution

• Coordinate updates to marketing materials and ensure timely approvals

• Help maintain content accuracy across platforms and channels

• Summarize and analyze campaign performance to identify insights and opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, creative, and product

• Support project tracking and documentation

Required Qualifications: 

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset

• Interest in marketing, financial services, or product strategy

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management or analytics tools a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior internship, co-op, or relevant project experience in marketing or related field

• Familiarity with digital marketing or content management platforms
