Job Description
The Role Electric Engineering Intern in Drive Unit will have extensive hands-on experience.
We are seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented intern to be responsible of improvements in overall equipment efficiency, product yield, cost, and cycle time to ensure continuous production and enable world-class manufacturing of Tesla’s cutting-edge Drive Units.
Job Responsibilities
- Create a Library to control of machines electric documentation and protocols.
- Support on the implementation of the maintenance strategy of equipment and machinery.
- Be creative on data analysis solutions for predictive maintenance.
- Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults related to electric malfunctions.
- Support experienced electric engineers on requirements related to German regulations.
- Support in planning of special maintenance activities and corrective repairs.
- Support the supervisors on planning electric qualification for upskill the team.
- Work in cross functional teams on methods to improve maintenance organizational and technical.
- Support the improvement of preventative maintenance procedures and processes.
Job Requirements
- Ongoing or finishing studies in Electric or equivalent Engineering.
- Desirable knowledge in E-Plan
- Desirable knowledge in PLC
- Good English and/or German skills in speaking and writing.
- Proficient skills in communication verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Work in cross functional team
