Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Support Production Operations
- Assist with daily manufacturing tasks such as assembly, packaging, or machine operation.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Data Collection & Analysis
- Gather and analyze production data (e.g., cycle times, scrap rates).
- Help identify trends and suggest improvements.
Process Improvement Projects
- Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives.
- Work on projects to reduce waste, improve workflow, or enhance safety.
Documentation & Reporting
- Update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare reports on production metrics or project outcomes.
Quality Assurance Support
- Assist with inspections and testing of products.
- Help investigate and document quality issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
- Participate in safety audits or training sessions.
Learning & Development
- Shadow experienced staff to learn manufacturing processes.
- Attend training sessions on equipment, software, or methodologies.
Qualifications
Must be enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a college program.

Note: This is an onsite role, you must be able to travel to the office.
The US hourly rate for this position is $20.
