InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel & residence in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Your role will include but not be limited to:

Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting and posting job advertisements, screening resumes, shortlisting suitable candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update internal HR databases with accurate information related to new hires, including personal details and employment documentation.
Coordinate and confirm interviews, ensuring timely communication between candidates and relevant stakeholders.
Manage job postings by publishing, updating, and removing vacancies across job boards, internal platforms, and the company’s career page.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation to support decision-making and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Facilitate the onboarding process by supporting the completion of joining formalities and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
Participate in the planning and execution of internal events, employee engagement initiatives, and career fairs to promote a positive workplace culture.
Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department, ensuring documentation is well-organized and processes are efficiently managed.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hotel Management or Human Resources Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient in MS Office and general computer literacy
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team environment
Strong analytical and lateral thinking abilities
