InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel & residence in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting and posting job advertisements, screening resumes, shortlisting suitable candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update internal HR databases with accurate information related to new hires, including personal details and employment documentation.
  • Coordinate and confirm interviews, ensuring timely communication between candidates and relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage job postings by publishing, updating, and removing vacancies across job boards, internal platforms, and the company’s career page.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation to support decision-making and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process by supporting the completion of joining formalities and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of internal events, employee engagement initiatives, and career fairs to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department, ensuring documentation is well-organized and processes are efficiently managed.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hotel Management or Human Resources Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer literacy
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and lateral thinking abilities
