Position Overview:
This position will work closely with the University Relations and Talent Acquisition Team to accomplish objectives. It also may require interaction with internal and external departments and vendors.
Responsibilities:
Co-op duties and responsibilities may include:
Register for career fairs and additional university events.
Recruit and train volunteers for university events.
Assist with email marketing for career fairs, virtual interview days and other university events.
Assist team in identifying and/or creating new processes and/or program improvements.
Create, support, and maintain documentation needs.
Perform data entry and/or analysis; assist in problem solving activities.
Performs other duties as required.
Education and Experience:
Pursuing BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or related field.
Minimum Requirements:
Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism; exhibit dependability.
Skills/Competencies:
Strong computer skills desired.
Demonstrates acceptance of responsibility; shows pride in work performed.
Demonstrates flexibility in acceptance of assignments and schedules.
Maintains professional behavior and appearance.
Physical Requirements:
Able to work evenings as needed.
Additional Information:
Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $25.00 - $34.00 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
