Intern - Rnd Process Integration for DRAM

As a Process Integration engineer, you will be driving next generation DRAM memory technology development through cross functional responsibilities of module engineering, materials development, and device engineering. Your primary responsibility will be coordinating all Capacitor Cell module related activities/innovations between all departments. The ideal candidate will need to have strong semiconductor Process Integration skills in an R&D department, as the candidate will be developing the future generation DRAM  technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define milestones, technology requirements, design rule, structural and electrical specifications for next generation DRAM, and work with the team to achieve the targets and timelines    
• Maintain seamless communication with cross-function teams with simulation, process development, process architect, circuit design, quality assurance, to meet the target product requirements   
• Documentation for the process integration, potential issues, and test plan for managers and engineers  
• Pathfinding alternate architectures and enablers 
• Provide technical leadership all module related activities for the lifetime of the project  
• Summarize complex problems, derive and explain actions taken to address them, and  pro-actively address technical issues

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field is required. Must be a current student and must not graduate before September 2026.
• Strong background in DRAM process integration, scaling, and device physics.
• Proficiency in Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex, cross-functional technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills under pressure and in urgent situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related technical field.
• Experience in technical leadership roles within R&D environments.
• Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability to change.
• Familiarity with advanced DRAM architectures and integration challenges.
