We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious student to join our Product Management team for Summer 2026! As a Product Management Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience shaping Ingredion’s product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping ensure our customers receive the best possible solutions.

This internship offers a unique chance to learn from experienced product leaders, explore Ingredion’s product lines and manufacturing capacities, and contribute meaningfully to our business. You’ll play a key role in improving communication and developing tools that help navigate today’s fast-paced supply challenges while enhancing customer experience.

What will you do:

  • Provide solutions to supply challenges arising from various manufacturing facilities.
  • Support the commercial team in identifying the best possible response to customer requests, including material selection, supply sourcing, quality recommendations and logistics arrangements.
  • Develop formal tools to help the sales team make effective decisions (e.g., sourcing, pricing, alternative materials).
  • Streamline communication with Customer Service to ensure the most up-to-date information is available for decision-making.
  • Utilize analytical tools to track customer’s takeaway and analyze expected demand for future months.
  • Aide in decision-making process for order/material prioritization
  • Project-related work as required (e.g., resource tool of customers’ acceptance for various products, some sort of overall sourcing map (what products are produced/stored where), etc.)

What you will bring:

  • Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, and operations management or a related field
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups, including Customer Service, Supply Management, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including clear and concise email writing and presentation delivery.

To be eligible for consideration, candidates must:

  • Currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Ingredion does not intend to sponsor work visas with respect to this position or to provide this position as OPT or CPT.
  • Be a currently enrolled student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program. If currently enrolled in an undergrad status, must have completed at least two years of coursework with status as a sophomore, junior or non-graduating senior.

Pay Range: $20-22/hour

Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
