What you will do:

The TJX Supply Chain & Logistics teams provide supply chain expertise and solutions to support our global business. Focused on our direct and indirect supply chain, our goal is to successfully deliver product (merchandise) to our stores timely, efficiently, and in the most cost-effective manner. We partner across TJX to drive and enable supply chain strategies, encouraging collaboration and sharing of ideas to support the growth of our fast-paced business.

Logistics Analysts provide business and project support for critical supply chain initiatives. You will be assigned projects that contribute to the overall supply chain strategy, as well as assist with daily activities within the supply chain functions. You will collaborate with experienced team members to manage and execute projects and deliverables.

Depending on your interests, expertise, and our business needs, you could focus on one of several areas:

  • Our Business Enablement Team serves as the information and communication bridge between external vendors, internal partners, and logistics. They develop and execute innovative solutions to ensure merchandise arrives at stores most efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.

  • Our Strategy & Analytics Team provides analysis, reporting, and project management support to strategic, cross-functional initiatives and helps drive cost savings, service, and quality. They also manage Logistics systems, maintain models and data to provide insights for strategic decision making.

  • Our Inbound Operations Team manages the flow of goods from domestic and international vendors to a variety of facilities in the TJX U.S. network, utilizing our Transportation Management System (TMS) and other systems. They identify solutions for late containers and loads, secure cost-effective capacity strategies, and maintain provider relationships.

  • Our Outbound Operations Team stewards the flow of merchandize from Distribution Centers and Processing Centers to the TJX Stores nationwide, planning cross-dock loads and store deliveries via our Transportation Management System (TMS). They lead continuous improvement initiatives across the outbound network and maintain provider relationships.

  • Our Engineering Team designs, buys, builds and supports the material handling systems that move freight through the TJX US distribution network.

We are looking for students who are highly motivated self-starters and who possess the ability to prioritize effectively, be proactive and flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Juniors (December 2026 or May 2027 Graduates)

  • Students pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, or related major

  • Desire to pursue a career in Supply Chain / Logistics at TJX

  • Virtual, one-way interview: inclusive of behavioral questions and an analytical business scenario (HireVue)

With corporate offices located in Framingham and Marlborough, MA, and Distribution Centers in Woburn and Worcester, MA, reliable transportation is required as TJX is not easily accessible to public transportation. A variable, hybrid work schedule is part of the role based on the needs of the business.

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire. 

This position has a starting pay range of $23.50 to $24.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
