To gain valuable insight into Navy Federal’s business, technology, resources and procedures by providing support in focused areas, applying knowledge and education. Participate in a collaborative, team driven network and interact with multiple departments. Receive guidance and direction from team and management. Utilize and further develop technical and soft skills, business knowledge, analytical techniques and creative problem solving abilities. Provide professional execution of day to day tasks and special projects while working within established standards, policies and procedures. This is a year-round, Full or Part -Time, flexible internship based on school schedule.

  • Conduct research and preparation of reference material
  • Serve on teams and task groups for projects/initiatives within the business unit and/or across the organization concerning new automated systems, products and/or services
  • Develop and administer online reference material, instructions and communications
  • Maintain documentation library to ensure currency of processes
  • Identify, communicate and resolve technical, tactical and operational project issues and risks
  • Analyze, research and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans
  • Ensure software/systems meet regulatory and procedural requirements
  • Research, develop and recommend enhancements to improve operational processes and procedures
  • Identify and detect errors/omissions; resolve or arrange for the resolution
  • Serve as subject matter expert regarding business functions, systems, policies and/or procedures
  • Work with other business units to resolve systems and equipment issues
  • Perform research for process improvements
  • Recommend corrective action when discrepancies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
