Launch Your Brand Design Career!

We are looking for a Brand Design Intern to join our brand creative team and help bring our brand to life across a wide range of platforms and projects. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to real design work that strengthens our visual identity and engages our audiences. Working closely with designers, copywriters, marketers, and other cross-functional partners, you’ll gain insight into how brand design supports storytelling, marketing campaigns, and the overall business strategy.

Some things the Brand Creative team works on:

  • Establishing and maintaining the company’s brand system and tone of voice, including logo, typography, colour palettes, iconography, illustration, photography, video guidelines.
  • Develop and document scalable design systems that ensure consistency across platforms and channels.
  • Partnering with teams as creative partners across the company to design on-brand assets for campaigns, social media, email, presentations, and events.
  • Brainstorming and designing visual directions for campaigns or events and providing creative solutions to challenges given
  • Managing and collaborating with photographers, illustrators, and printers

Your career experience so far may include:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of visual design principles (typography, layout, color, composition)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and Figma (Having motion design or video editing skill is a plus!)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas in a collaborative team environment
  • Interest in branding, storytelling, and creative problem-solving

As a Brand Design Intern, you are likely to assist with:

  • Design and execute brand assets, both print and digital, including social media and email assets, presentations, and event collaterals
  • Collaborate with team members to solve creative problems, brainstorm, and execute creative concepts for campaigns and events, while adhering to the League’s brand guidelines
  • Prepare final production files for print and digital use with attention to detail and quality standards
  • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine work
  • Support our brand design system by contributing structure and organization of assets
  • Advocate for brand consistency across all touchpoints by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct visual research for assigned projects and create moodboards to inspire new ideas and design directions
