💰 Starting Base Wage: $30.00 per hour + shift differentials
🎁 Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 with a 2-year commitment
🗓️ Interview Dates: December 3 & 4, 2025
🚀 Residency Start Date: February 23, 2026

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in transitional and/or long-term care settings.
Learn from experienced nurses and participate in structured residency learning opportunities.
Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and individualized care implementation.

Qualifications
Current Montana LPN license (or ability to obtain prior to start of program).
Current BLS certification.
Successful completion of the LPN Nurse Residency application process.
Strong organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Variable - 12 Hours (United States of America)Schedule: Variable 12-hour shifts
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
