Contract Management Intern
Location: Milan
Reporting to: Head of Contract Management
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Contract Management Intern to join our team in Milan. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing contractual aspects of international projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, minimize risks, and contribute to the success of our projects.
What You’ll Do
As a Contract Management Intern, you will:
Assist in reviewing and summarizing contracts and related documentation.
Support the setup and maintenance of project databases and governance tools.
Help draft and review contractual correspondence, documents, and amendments.
Participate in internal meetings and contribute to team discussions.
Assist in preparing reports and contract-related presentations.
Support the implementation of contract management processes and tools.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Language Skills:
Law degree.
Spanish: professional or native-level fluency.
English: strong written and spoken skills.
German or French is a plus.
Competencies & Attributes:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Effective communicator and team player.
Interest in contract management and international projects.
