EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the SPRING of 2026.

Primary Responsibilities

Conduct a full reconciliation of Branch Event kits by gathering, organizing, and validating data
Identify which branches are missing specific event kit elements for Employee Experience team to fill gaps
Build and maintain a centralized database to track inventory and replacement requests
Partner with Employee Experience team to develop and document SOPs and Quick Reference guide to ensure consistency and sustainability of the processes

About You

You will be expected to work within the hours of Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.

What You're Working With

Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related field strongly recommended.
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to identify gaps and create practical solutions
Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to new systems or processes
