What You Will Do:
The Commercial Engine (CE) Production Chief Organization (PCO) is looking for interns for the 2026 summer. This internship opportunity will give you a chance to learn about our CE programs, products and customers while supporting the evolution of our processes to deliver world class products in the commercial aerospace markets. The CE PCO organization focuses on being the voice of our customer within Pratt & Whitney’s Operations organization, while also being the voice of Operations to our CE customers. Our organization has 6 key processes that support our domain:
- Customer Advocacy
- Customer Relationship Management
- Risk Identification
- Risk Mitigation
- Industrial Planning
- Product Cost Management
This internship will give you an opportunity to support us in one or more of these key processes. Responsibilities include:
- Playing a key role in the achievement of program milestones through alignment of Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain organizational plans and initiatives to Program and Customer priorities and commitments.
- Support communications, cross-functional alignment, Industrial risk identification, and risk mitigation efforts for CE programs.
- Support continuous improvement activities to improve key processes.
- Support operational decisions by gathering and analyzing data.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects while providing support to project managers and team members as needed.
- Utilize various software tools and systems to support operations such as: SAP, Power BI, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and dashboards
- Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes
- Other tasks as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a degree program in Operations, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing
- U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems or sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion to learn and challenge status quo
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, exercising creativity to develop and implement practical solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Minimum GPA of 3.0

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
