Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity available for you to grow your career and make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The role is for a National Account Controller looking after the CO-OP, Wholesale and Convenience businesses within our UK Sales Team.
Full P&L ownership of all categories, delivery of top-line sales and profit targets, managing relationships and building long-term partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and management and ownership of our sales forecasting for your accounts will be your primary goals.
What you’ll do
- Ensure delivery of sales, profit, availability and forecasting through joint business plans, collaborative forecasting and working contracts
- Management of the joint business plan or contracts detailing specific objectives, strategies and tactics
- Management of the business interface between Kraft Heinz and our customers
- Devise and implement the customer promotional plan consistent with category guidelines including the effective management of deals & allowances
- The selling, negotiation and execution of all new products, concepts and commercial propositions
- Forecasting of the accounts utilizing sales data and market intelligence, to provide the business with a timely and accurate financial forecast
- Lead internal forums to gain engagement for your customer on longer term plans and innovation pipeline
- Analysis of customer sales data to drive insight and recommendations to back the account plan
- Identify new areas for growth within multi format customer, developing plans which create new selling space opportunities
What you’ll need
- Experience in customer relationship management skills, and confidence selling commercial propositions, together with sound negotiation skills
- Track record of problem solving as an owner, taking on entrepreneurial challenges and simplifying the complex
- Commercial and financial awareness along with the ability to make commercial decisions, often under pressure
- Interpersonal skills and high personal credibility to build relationships between external customers and internal functions (ability to communicate, present and influence)
- Successful record of delivering results and continually demonstrating a sense of urgency
- Strong customer centric focus to identify opportunities, build, and translate activity into executable plans
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage projects across different categories both internal and external
