Autodesk's Growth Experience Technology (GET) organization is seeking a passionate engineering intern to join a team of diverse, smart, and driven engineers who are responsible for building brand new customer success offerings and learn platform. This engineer will collaborate within a high-performing Scrum team where the code, infrastructure, and services you develop will have a direct, positive impact on millions of users of our products. This experience is key to our business and one of our top initiatives around transformation and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and Learn from existing highly available, scalable, distributed systems and microservices in a production setting.
• Implementation of highly available, scalable, and responsive front-end applications.
• Prototyping of product ideas related to full-stack and AI/ML
• Work closely and learn from senior team members to understand overall system architecture and learn how to decode product requirements into well-designed and implemented software components.
• Take ownership of the implementation of individual software components, with a high emphasis on quality, test-driven development, and sound software engineering practices.
• Participate in software design reviews, conduct peer code reviews, and provide input and feedback to other members of the development team.
• Write unit, functional, and regression tests for the code you create, and contribute to the test automation, continuous integration, and deployment processes together with everyone else in the development team.
• Collaborate as a member of an agile team to get products and components developed and completed with best-in-class software development.
• Low tolerance for inefficiency and a burning desire to automate anything that can be automated. Creative, collaborative, and product-focused.
   

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's or master’s degree in CS or any Engineering discipline from reputed engineering college.
• Strong Knowledge of Data structures and algorithms.
• Knowledge and experience of programming languages and Libraries like JavaScript, Java, NodeJS, React/Angular, Python
• Understanding of microservices and RESTful web services.
• Excellent technical problem-solving skills and aptitude to learn new technologies and methodologies.
• Exceptional debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills. Self-starter, with a quick learning curve.
• Team-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Mac and Windows platform.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AWS or Other Public Cloud Providers, server programming, databases
• Basics and Understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI.
• Working knowledge of git and source code management.
• Ability to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Ability to learn new programming languages quickly.
• Adaptability under changing conditions.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and completely.
• Self-directed, willing to take initiative with minimal supervision.
