As part of the team, whether providing analysis, forecasting, or reporting financial information, your application of accurate financial business practices will play a fundamental role in how we impact the quality of life for patients all over the world.

How you will make an impact:

  • Assist in accounts receivable processes, including invoice tracking and customer payment follow-ups.

  • Review and validate accounts payable entries and ensure timely processing.

  • Support debt reconciliation efforts by analyzing outstanding balances and resolving discrepancies.

  • Perform Days Receivable Turnover analysis to monitor collection efficiency.

  • Generate and manage receipts for incoming payments.

  • Audit and verify recurrent expense invoices for accuracy and compliance.

  • Use and maintain the Coupa system for procurement and expense management.

What will you need (Required):

  • Currently enrolled in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related degree and available to sign a learning agreement with the university for 6 months in Valencia.

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with Excel and financial systems (Coupa experience is a plus).

  • Proficiency in English

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements
