Our summer internship helps provide insight into life as a LivCor Analyst in our Rotational (Medley) Analyst Program and was created to develop and invest in our future talent. The purpose of the Rotational Analyst Program is to provide team members who are early in their careers with a deep, holistic understanding of LivCor’s business and the multifamily investment space. During the Program, Analysts gain exposure to a range of teams including Debt Capital Markets, FP&A, Insights, Investments, Portfolio Strategy, and SIMR (Strategic Initiatives, Marketing, Revenue & Performance).  

Please note that throughout the 10-week internship, you will sit on one of the teams listed above – rotations start for those who return as Full-Time Analysts! 

Our 2026 summer internship program will begin June 2026 and last through August 2026.

This position is based out of LivCor’s office in New York City.

A snapshot of what you may do:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights related to asset performance, market dynamics, and resident behavior.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Asset Management, and CapEx —to support strategic initiatives and drive portfolio optimization.

  • Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and presentations that translate data into compelling narratives for internal stakeholders.

  • Assist in financial planning and analysis activities, including budget variance reviews, forecasting, and mid-year reforecasting processes.

  • Contribute to process improvement efforts through documentation, training support, and testing of new systems and tools.

  • Leverage advanced business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, RealPage, Oracle PBCS) to support data visualization and performance reporting.

  • Audit and validate key operational datasets to ensure data integrity and usability across business functions.

  • Participate in high-impact, ad hoc projects that inform executive decision-making and shape business strategy.

What you should have:

  • Must be a rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree during the time of the internship program 

  • Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, real estate, economics, STEM or business

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel; working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; must love numbers!

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment 

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and/or analytical coding language (e.g. SQL, Python, R, etc.) is a plus

  • A commitment to doing things differently and making the world a little bit better 

  • A naturally collaborative nature and ambition without ego  

  • Ability to work in New York City in a full-time capacity for 10 weeks, beginning in June of 2026

Base Compensation Range:

$35.77 To $43.27. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
