2026 Commercial Real Estate Summer Analyst Program

Commercial Real Estate (CRE)

Provides a fully integrated platform of banking, financing, and capital markets solutions to clients including financial sponsors, institutional investors, asset managers, regional developers, and public and private corporations.

Program Overview

The Commercial Real Estate Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship designed for undergraduates interested in a career in CRE. You will gain hands-on experience through direct collaboration with industry professionals and structured training. The program provides exposure to client strategy, investment structuring, risk management, and market analysis, while also offering networking and executive engagement opportunities.

What to Expect

The program begins with structured training covering accounting, valuation, financial modeling, and credit analysis.

Following training, you may:

  • Support valuation models for real estate properties and sectors
  • Assist with financial and credit analyses, presentations, and projects
  • Conduct property and industry research
  • Participate in due diligence and client meetings
  • Network with senior professionals across cross-functional partners
  • Support with client relationship development

You will receive ongoing mentorship, coaching, and feedback throughout the program to support your development.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Relationship Management program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial markets
  • Strong academic achievement
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proven ability to take on significant responsibility
  • Relevant internship experience
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Program Locations

Primary locations include New York, Charlotte, Chicago, and Dallas.

Pay Range

$48–53/hour across all locations.
