Working as a Customer Experience Technical Engineering Internship / Beca at Signify is dynamic. You‘ll be part of the costumer satisfaction team . We’re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities. 

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Technical Engineering Internship / Beca who’ll be responsible for market professional services .

What you’ll do

  • Ensures timely and correct execution of service obligations in accordance with the contracts.
  • Analyses and solves application failures, supports upgrades.
  • Analyses & solve complaints. Keeps customers informed
  • Keeps complaint data base up to date
  • Drives feedback loops towards Systems & Service Centers/BG.
  • Fulfills documentations for service related issues and resolutions.
  • Support projects

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics / Mechanical / Computer Sciences or Masters in Technology
  • Experience in the service domain with strong knowledge of lighting applications or other systems
  • Experience working on knowledge of trouble shooting and maintenance
  • Strong Customer focus and empathetic listening approach
  • Delivers on commitments and possesses strong learning agility
