Job Description:

We are looking for someone who wants to participate in our internship program.

What would your daily routine look like?

• Collaborate in the preparation of customs clearances.
• Request and review the necessary documentation.
• Assist in the preparation, coordination, and support of inspections (customs and for customs officers).
• Handle and manage customs-related incidents, in collaboration with other company departments (air and maritime).
• Assist in the management and control of invoicing for customs items and services.
• Learn how to advise clients (importers and exporters) on customs matters.

What do we expect from you?

• Final-year student of International Trade, Logistics, or Transportation, both university and advanced vocational training.
• High level of English.
• Ability to work in a team, social and communication skills, initiative, commitment, and customer focus.
• Quick comprehension and analytical thinking, good time management, and a high degree of self-organization.
• Adaptability.
• Understanding of market dynamics and trends.
• Very good MS Office user skills.
• Availability to work hours: 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
