JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Events & Brand experience team, we design and execute Back Market’s most creative campaigns and physical activations across the globe. From large-scale events like BackForum to limited-budget campaigns, we bring Back Market’s voice to life both offline and online.

To support this mission, we’re looking for an Events Operations Intern to join our fast-paced team.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

You’ll be at the heart of event and campaign production, working closely with Marlène, our Global Events Manager. Your role will allow you to take on a variety of responsibilities, consolidating your experience in operations and logistics in the events industry.

🎯 1. Event Production & Operations

  • Assist in organizing external events from A to Z: planning, briefing, logistics, budget tracking, and execution.

  • Be the go-to support for “run” tasks, sourcing, and project troubleshooting.

  • Contribute to creating post-event reports, wrap-ups, and learnings.

🎁 2. Low-Budget Productions

  • Help produce brand content and goodies in-house with limited resources (without agency support).

  • Handle shipping logistics, coordination, and production tasks (examples: influencers' events at the Future Club, small productions of PR dinners in Paris…)

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • A team player, curious and adaptable, with a strong sense of initiative.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Passionate about events, branding, and creative culture.

  • Comfortable working in both French & English (written and spoken).

  • Ready to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, international environment.

  • Bonus point if you already had an international experience, and/or if you have already completed an internship/work-study program in event management, or as a production assistant.

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP: ℹ️

  • Starting date: January 2026

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Full-time internship (35h/week - Monday to Friday)

  • Location: Paris, France
