General Summary:
The Campbell's Company, a leading manufacturer of snacks, soups, meals, and beverages for over 150 years, is hiring a summer intern to support our Corporate Compliance and Ethics program. The successful candidate will be a rising senior undergraduate student, preferably majoring in legal studies, compliance, international studies, pre-law, risk management, business, or finance. The paid, ten or twelve-week internship begins on or after May 18, 2026.
Responsibilities:
Draft compliance alerts and updates for company-wide awareness and engagement.
Assist in designing and customizing company-wide compliance training.
Assist in drafting, editing, and updating corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Research and analyze ongoing compliance-related matters at local, national, and global levels of government.
Collaborate with other teams and departments, such as Procurement, Communications, Government Affairs, and Human Resources, on various projects, as needed.
Requirements:
General understanding of and interest in corporate compliance and ethics and interactions between law and business.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong critical and creative thinking skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and know when to ask questions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
A rising senior undergraduate student returning to school in fall 2026.
Legal studies, compliance, international studies, pre-law, risk management, business, or finance major preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$-$0Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
