Internship: Project Coordinator – Security

Location: Saint-Laurent
Duration: 3 Months
Department: Security

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Intern to join our Security team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing security-related projects, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. You will work closely with security managers and cross-functional teams to help deliver projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and track security projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and risk assessments.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders by organizing meetings and documenting action items.
Support process improvements and contribute to best practices within the security function.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with SharePoint and PowerBi
Interest in security operations and project coordination.
Be curious in nature.
Must be able to operate in French and English (Mandatory). French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
