This Position reports to:

Internship: Project Coordinator – Security

Location: Saint-Laurent
Duration: 3 Months
Department: Security

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Intern to join our Security team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing security-related projects, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. You will work closely with security managers and cross-functional teams to help deliver projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track security projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders by organizing meetings and documenting action items.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to best practices within the security function.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SharePoint and PowerBi
  • Interest in security operations and project coordination.
  • Be curious in nature.
  • Must be able to operate in French and English (Mandatory). French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
