Summer 2026 Intern–Marketing-Cleveland,OH
The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team, with a focus on content creation, video production, and brand storytelling. This role is ideal for a creative, self-starting undergraduate
student interested in multimedia storytellingandsocial media strategywithincommercial real estatefinancingindustry.
The internship offersexposure to BWE, a national, full-service commercial and multifamily mortgage banking company, andprovides an inside look at howmarketingdrivesbrand
awareness, client engagement, and internal culture.You’llcollaboratewithBWE’screative team, including our designers, whobring our people, values and stories to life through compelling content.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Assist in writing and editing LinkedIn posts,videos,blogs, and othercontentcreation.
•Support the creation and editing of short-form videos.
•Help organize and manage video assets, including footage, approvals, and final delivery.
•Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and marketing campaigns.
•Provide basic animation support for LinkedIn ads and video overlays (training available).
•Help maintain a content calendar and track deadlines for posts and video releases.
•Conduct light research on market trends, competitors, and industry storytelling formats.
•Assist in internal communications and coordination with producers across BWE offices.
•Ad hoc special projects to support broader marketing initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Current undergraduate sophomore or junior.
•Familiarityand experiencewith video editing.
•Interest in marketing, communications,andstorytelling through video and social media.
•Ability to manage time effectively andmanagemultiple projectssimultaneously.
•Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
DESIRED:
•Exposure to animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Canva, or similar).
•Experience with LinkedIn or other social media platforms.
•Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
•Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take initiative.
•Passion for showcasing people and culture through creative content.
