Position Summary

We are looking for a Communications and Sustainability Marketing Intern based at our Montreal office for the months of May 2026 to August 2026.

A day in the life of a Communications and Sustainability Marketing Intern

As a Communications and Sustainability Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to support the Corporate Affairs and Social Responsibility team in multiple ways. Your role will include contributing to both external and internal corporate communications strategies, as well as supporting sustainability marketing initiatives that enhance Nespresso Canada's reputation and commitment to sustainable practices. Your contributions will be essential in implementing key initiatives by actively participating in content creation, project coordination, results measurement, and a variety of responsibilities related to communications and sustainable marketing.

You will also:

• Participate in the implementation of campaigns and activations related to the company's sustainability initiatives, including its capsule recycling program.

• Produce content and deploy tactics for internal and external channels to support the dissemination of corporate messages and sustainability initiatives to employees and stakeholders (newsletters, social media posts, FAQs, etc.).

• Support message compliance with environmental regulations by assisting in the verification of sustainability claims, supported by legal teams.

• Contribute to the evaluation and tracking of philanthropic and sector partnerships.

• Participate in media monitoring to anticipate positioning opportunities and reputational risks.

• Collaborate in the preparation of internal and external events by supporting logistics and the creation of various materials.

• Support the production of dashboards and reports to track key indicators demonstrating the impact of communication and sustainability initiatives.

You will need to be thorough, organized, and enjoy a stimulating environment. Your communication skills and attention to detail will be key elements for success in this role.

You also have:

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a specialization in communications, marketing, public relations, or sustainable development.
• Bilingualism in English and French is required to collaborate with stakeholders in the Canadian or global market.
• Good understanding of social and environmental issues and their impact on marketing and communication strategies.

• Demonstrated writing and project management skills.
• Understanding of digital tools and online platforms for content distribution (e.g., social networks, intranet, newsletters).
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and proactively tackle challenges.
• Detail- and results-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with multiple departments in a multidisciplinary team.
