Intern With Geneva Trading

Geneva Trading is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial student to join our Project Management Analyst internship next summer. Our internship program is a fast-paced, dynamic 10-week full-time paid position that gives you hands-on experience in the trading industry. Our interns are expected to design solutions to complex problems and work on projects that directly impact the firm. You’ll receive mentorship by industry pros and will participate in corporate training, team building activities, and firm wide summer socials to strengthen your connection with other interns and full-time employees. The summer internship program is a proven path to earn full-time opportunities at Geneva Trading after graduation.

As a PMO Analyst (Intern) You Will

  • Utilize server data collection and analysis tools to interpret data in support of organizational goals
  • Summarize findings and publish reports to communicate trends and opportunities to stakeholders
  • Perform daily and weekly analyses of current processes and report on metrics
  • Report to and collaborate closely with Director of PMO
  • Use data findings to suggest innovative, efficient recommendations to improve current processes and workflows
  • Take initiative, research and ask questions, and be comfortable in a cross-functional team working environment
  • Assist in the reporting of project milestones, reporting on progress, and communicating to stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a master’s or PhD degree program in Business or related field
  • Graduation dates between April 2024 and August 2026
  • Data validation and analysis (exposure to analytical tools and languages such as SAS, SQL, Python/R)
  • Experience developing reports in support of project management data analysis (status, risk, and other reporting benchmarks)
  • Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Jira preferred
  • Experience with project management tools preferred (Jira and Smartsheet)
