Sentara Medical Group - Internal Medicine Residency Clinic– Prince William, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become an integral part of a warm, collegial outpatient team serving an adult patient population. This 100% outpatient role offers a flexible weekday schedule with no call, no weekends, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced physician in a supportive residency clinic environment. Providers enjoy the rewarding balance of caring for a diverse primary care population while contributing to a practice culture built on teamwork, respect, and professional growth. Located in Woodbridge, VA, in the heart of Prince William County, this position is ideal for an experienced APP who values autonomy, strong physician collaboration, work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing community.

Position Highlights:

  • Flexibility within a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

  • 40 hours a week (36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of admin time)

  • Average 25 patients/day

  • Small, growing practice where team members truly support one another

  • No call, no weekends – office is closed Saturday and Sunday

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active NP or PA 

  • Minimum master’s degree required

  • 2-5 years’ experience working in outpatient primary care
