SUMMARY 

As an Aftermarket Sales & Operations Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in pricing, supply chain, and ecommerce—working cross-functionally with our aftermarket operations and sales teams. This internship will provide an opportunity for an intern to sharpen their business skills, collaborate with industry professionals, and make an impact in our refuse business.

YOUR IMPACT

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Work cross functionally with Parts Support, Purchasing, Pricing, and Parts Data Management teams to ensure Aftermarket products are consistent with established policies.
  • Assist in maintaining parts pricing and address expired pricing data, engaging the buyers and reaching out to the supplier network to achieve timely responses.
  • Assist in material planning.
  • Reviews and edit product description page content for ecommerce.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of product description page content including marketing descriptions, long descriptions, related documents such as images, and PDFs for adherence to standards.
  • Communicate with Parts Data Lead and Sales to obtain missing product data.
  • Update user documentation for ecommerce system.
  • Provide project level support to Sales and eCommerce teams on various projects such as customer data management, product data optimization and photography.

This internship is full-time, 40 hours per week, during the summer of 2026

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Student working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or Business related field for the entire duration of the internship.
  • Willing to travel or relocate to Dodge Center, MN for the Summer of 2026 (relocation assistance provided for those with a permanent address of greater than 50 miles from Dodge Center, MN) 

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • GPA of 3.0 or greater
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while working independently and efficiently
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range:

$18.00 - $37.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
