About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about people and their development? Would you like to gain hands-on experience at a global company, helping to shape a dynamic and empathetic People function? Join our team as an intern and help us build the company we all want to work for.

What you’ll do

• People Development: Help plan and deliver development initiatives for all employees at Zurich Duo, covering a wide range of training topics—from foundational agency knowledge to the latest trends in AI.
• People Operations: Support and learn about the core operational areas of the People function. Gain hands-on experience with key People processes and discover the end-to-end journey of people management.
• Recruiting: Take the lead on selected recruitment processes, managed through SuccessFactors, and bring your innovative ideas to life to help us recruit in new and creative ways.

What you’ll bring

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Labor Relations, Psychology, or another degree related to the People function.
• A creative mindset with a passion for people development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a supportive team.
