Working as an intern in the Data Analytics and Insights - Analytics Enablement (AENA) team at Back Market, you'll have the chance to contribute to the backbone of our data-driven decision-making processes. AENA's mission is to empower Back Makers to use the data they need, with autonomy and trust, to take, efficiently, the best data-driven action.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • Experiment and implement capabilities to facilitate data enablement through AI (e.g., creating training agents with AI to get Back Makers to ramp-up on Big Query, Tableau, SQL, Amplitude, and using AI for analytics)

  • Experiment and implement with the help of our data support specialist, capabilities to facilitate data support through AI (e.g., providing a first answer to Level 1 support requests)

  • Experiment and implement capabilities to facilitate data analytics through AI (e.g., GMV analyst agents, Customer Delight analyst agents … that will help Back Maker to understand faster the drivers of their performance metrics)

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • Mandatory!: Currently enrolled in your last year of an Engineering School with a data specialisation or a data-related University Master's degree and your university can provide an internship agreement

  • You have previous experience in Computer Sciences (e.g, Backend Development) or Data Engineering (including Analytics Engineering)

  • You have Google Cloud Platform (GCP) knowledge

  • You know BigQuery and have already worked with it

  • Having already worked on analytics projects is a must-have (real-life project)

  • A knowledge of an agentic system (LLM) would be strongly appreciated (a uge plus)

  • A knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Airflow would be a plus

  • You know how to work in autonomy

  • You like to do concrete things and you are not afraid to get your hands dirty

  • You are an amazing team player

  • You are fluent in English - French is a plus

  • You are looking for a 5 or 6 month full-time internship from Jan 2026 - June 2026

  • Interview with the Campus Recruitment Team member (30min).

  • Technical fit interview (Q&A) with the tutor (45min).

  • Team fit interview with one member of the team and our Product Manager (30min).
