Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.

About the role

The Reservations Intern supports the Reservations Department in managing guest bookings and ensuring seamless communication throughout the reservation process. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in guest relations, hotel systems, and operational coordination within a luxury hospitality environment. Working closely with the Reservations team, the intern helps deliver a service experience that reflects thehigh standardsand personalization that define Four Seasons.

What youwill do

  • VerifyAssist in processing guest reservations accurately and efficiently.

  • Communicate with guests via phone, email, and other platforms to confirm,modify, or cancel bookings.

  • Provide guests with information on rates, room categories, and available promotions.

  • Support the management of reservation systems, ensuring all data is entered and updated correctly.

  • Collaborate with other departments tofacilitatesmooth coordination and ensure all guest preferences are met.

  • Assistwith daily inventory checks andidentifydiscrepancies or booking issues.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all guest communications.

  • Learn the core principles of luxury guest service and reservation management.

What you bring

  • Education:Student currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

  • Passion:Genuine enthusiasm for guest service and curiosity about the hospitality industry.

  • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills,in English and Spanish.

  • Attention to detail: Accuracy in handling reservation data, guest preferences, and system updates.

  • Organization: Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment whilemaintaininghigh service standards.

  • Proactivity: Positive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take initiative and learn.

  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with multiple departments to ensurea smoothguest experience.

  • Flexibility: Availability toworkvarying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Professionalism: Positive attitude, reliability, adaptability,a strong senseofresponsibilityand a proactive work attitude.

  • Legal right to work in Spain. 

Degree: Professional /Technician.

Languages: Spanish / English.

Language Ability: High.

Schedule & Hours:Seasonal contract, full Time,40 hoursper week, with consecutive and rotating shifts (including early mornings, days,eveningsand weekends).
