Summer 2026 Internship Program - Brown & Brown Risk Solutions

Brown & Brown’s Risk Solutions team is looking for curious, driven students to join our10-week summer internship program. Whether you're pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, this immersive experience is your chance to explore the world of risk management and insurance from the inside out. We’re not just placing policies; we’re helping some of the world’s largest and most respected companies make smarter decisions for their risk appetite. What You’ll Gain

Real-World Experience.You’ll work on projects that matter, like analyzing real client data, conducting benchmarking, and supporting strategic initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to our business.

• Analyze client acquisition and retention trends

• Perform claims and exposure analysis
• Create presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Shadow professionals in client meetings and strategy sessions
