A Day in the Life
As a Healthcare Consulting Intern with Integrated Health Solutions team, you will support active projects by coordinating schedules, collecting data from healthcare facilities, and mapping patient journeys. You’ll organize findings in Excel, prepare clear PowerPoint slides, and conduct research to support strategic recommendations, gaining hands-on experience in healthcare consulting and project delivery.
Internship details:
• Start date: January 2026
• Duration: 3-6 months
• Working hours: 40 h/week with flexibility
• Working model: hybrid (2 days from the office)
• Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• Support day-to-day project coordination, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and providing general operational and administrative support.
• Maintain and analyze Excel trackers, datasets, and simple models; ensure data accuracy and consistency across versions.
• Prepare, refine, and format PowerPoint presentations for internal discussions and client-facing deliverables.
• Assist in internal meetings with other functions.
• Conduct secondary research on healthcare, best practices, or market insights and synthesize results into concise summaries.
Required Knowledge
• Recently graduated or in the final year of a higher education degree in any engineering discipline, with a preference for healthcare-related engineering fields.
• Proficiency in English (preferred as C1 or above) with strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Data management and analysis skills using Excel.
• Interest in optimization and improvement work.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel).
Would be a plus
• Proficiency in Arabic.
• Familiarity with lean management (process optimization, waste reduction, etc.).
• Previous working knowledge in healthcare process management.
