Basic Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or Graduate Business degree (B.Comm, BBA, or MBA) in progress 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 
  • Ability to deliver assignments with a value-add mind-set
  • Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset 
  • Candidates must be available May to August 2026

•    Provide talent acquisition support; including hiring, and managing intern initiatives
•    Organize Internship events including networking and engagement events
•    Support Ford of Canada’s annual Internal Control Review - MCRP (Modular Control Review Program) 
•    Develop recruiting materials to align with Global Employment Branding
•    Support culture launch initiatives and communication strategies
•    Support enhancement of employee development initiatives 
•    Partner with HR Business Partners with People Cycle Plans and HR projects
