Fluke is looking for a Mechanical Engineer Intern in Everett, WA! This is a summer 2026 internship where you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to our Mechanical Engineering team by developing innovative electro/mechanical products that serve worldwide market needs.
In this role, you will be able to learn, develop new skills, and use your mechanical engineering knowledge to contribute to developing new products and improving our portfolio. As a Mechanical Engineer intern, you will interact with various internal/external teams with the guidance of a Sr. Mechanical Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Solve Technical problems and develop solutions with the support of other ME team members.
- Support others on specific ME related tasks
- Contribute to product improvement activities
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, graduating December 2026 or later.
- Theoretical knowledge of design for and selection of multiple manufacturing methods, including precision machining, die-cast, and injection molding.
- Knowledge in CAD (Pro Engineer preferred), including 3D modeling and creation of drawings with GD&T
- Open to be hands-on in building and evaluating prototypes
- Knowledge of FEA and CFD tools to evaluate designs is a plus
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
