What You’ll Do

As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on real projects that make an impact. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting in solving plant-floor manufacturing challenges.

  • Designing and running experiments to improve processes.

  • Leading trials to evaluate new products and technologies.

  • Supporting test procedures to ensure product performance.

  • Partnering with suppliers and teams to drive improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Junior standing (Engineering emphasis) at a 4-year college, GPA 3.0+.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Self-starter who can work independently.

  • Ability to design, carry out, and document tests.

This is not a “watch and learn” internship — you’ll work on meaningful projects, receive mentorship, and help shape the future of architecture.
