Global Talent Acquisition-Internship
Are you our 2026 Talent Acquisition Intern? We have a fantastic opportunity that will support you with starting your career journey within the pharmaceutical industry. Not only will you learn skills both technical and professional but work on projects to support the Talent Acquisition team to continue to attract talent for our business. You, will be part of a diverse and inclusive, multi-skilled global team of highly motivated individuals.
So, what do you need to do?
Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and a team spirit to carry out the following:
- Support in the recruitment process including candidate screening, competency-based interviews and other adhoc duties
- Supporting all Ireland branding initiatives across print, social media and radio
- Participate in designing and implementing of our 2026 Future Talent activities such as hosting webinars, supporting events, and be a team member of the Ireland Future Talent coordination team
- Engage with Senior Talent Acquisition Partners on project initiatives and support the team were required
- Having experience or interest in creating digital branding materials an advantage
The ideal person will have:
·Working towards a HR qualification or relevant discipline
·Have an interest for working in a large matrix healthcare organisation
·Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
If successful in this role you will be working in a hybrid model of virtual and onsite (2-3 Days per week) which can be in our Cork or Dublin offices.
