The Marketing Intern for Aerosols in Consumer Brands Group (CBG) at Sherwin-Williams will be responsible for supporting marketing initiatives for product commercialization, product line maintenance and general marketing support for brands like Krylon, Dupli-Color, VHT, Krylon Industrial, Sprayon, Tri-Flow and Omni-Fill. This includes supporting competitive analysis, label development, and marketing material projects.

Required:

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
Organized, strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Analytical and metrics-driven with a strategic mindset
Comfort with public speaking and small group collaboration

Lead the Aerosol Label Copy Guide project for all product categories

Support product commercialization projects including creating product data sheets, label development, product information submissions and more

Assist with pulling pertinent business reports

Assist with creating marketing materials like product catalogs, color selector guide, price lists and sell sheets

Collaborate with sales, channel, R&D and other business partners across the aerosol segments

Assist with competitive analysis work to compile competitive testing and other research into a market assessment

Participate in application sessions, creating spray outs and evaluations

Proofread data as necessary (examples: catalog, data-heavy brand pieces such as website)

Place product and raw material orders (example: product for lab/competitive testing needs)

Assist Brand/Customer Marketing on empties/label/comp requests as needed for PLRs, etc.

Fulfillment Center maintenance - manage & implement setup/fulfillment of new programs / updated programs

Assist with label updates and project tracking

Update PIES files for Dupli-Color
