In yourinternship at a globallyleadingmedicaltechnologycompany, you’llberight in themiddleoftheaction: Wedevelop best-in-classmedicalsoftwareforedge client-sidecomputingplatforms, focusing on native iOS and visionOS. Ourteamenablesmedicalapplicationsbydesigning and implementingfoundationalframeworksthatleverageadvanceddevicecapabilitiesof iPhone, iPad, and Vision Pro.
Ouroffertoyou
As an intern, youmaycontributetooneormoreofthefollowingareas:
Youdevelop 3D renderingsolutionsfor 2D displays (iPhone/iPad) usingtechnologies like OpenGL, Metal, and RealityKit.
Youcreate immersive 3D renderingexperiencesforspatialenvironments (visionOS / XR platforms) usingMetal and RealityKit.
You design and implementalgorithmsforanatomicalmodeling and surgicalresectionplanning.
You perform medicaldomaincomputations in orthopedicareas such asknee, hip, and shoulderarthroplasty.
Youenhance UI/UX, includingtheintegrationofdevice-basedfeedbackmechanisms.
Youintegrateaudioinput and voicerecognitiontoenablehands-freeinteraction.
Thatmakesyou stand out
Youarestudyingfor a master’sdegree in computerscience, medicalengineering, mathematics, physicsor a comparablesubject.
Youhavefoundationalknowledgeof C++ or Swift.
Youunderstandbasicconceptsofmoderncomputing.
YouarefamiliarwithmacOS and/or Linux/Unix environments.
Youareenthusiasticaboutlearning and contributingto real-worldmedicalsoftwareapplications.
Youhave a goodcommandof English and ideally a goodcommandof German.
Duration of your internship: 6 months (full-time)
