Over the course of 6 months, you will contribute to a high-impact project that will significantly improve the plant you are involved with. Throughout this time, you’ll receive daily hands-on mentorship from senior colleagues, the Plant Director, and the Operations Excellence Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Play a key role in a Lean Transformation project, working with our provider and local teams to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Act as a liaison between the local business team and the external provider analyzing plant processes.
• Use structured problem-solving to map, analyze, and optimize processes—your ideas might shape how we work.
• Track and report progress on the project, highlighting risks and opportunities that matter to our customers and our business.
• Build strong partnerships across functions and contribute to our strategic roadmap.
• Connect the dots between operational KPIs and the plant’s P&L—because what you do will make a difference.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in STEM, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• A recent graduate who have an analytical but dynamic approach.
• Knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a big-picture view.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills - you influence without authority.
• Curious, Open Minded person motivated to work in productive environment

• Italian: Fluent
• English: Fluent
• Spanish/Portuguese: A big plus!

Based in Arco di Trento (TN)
