You must also be available to start the internship in February 2026 and continue participating in the program until June–July 2026.

As part of the European Logistics Operations team, you will bean internsupporting our Total Customer Experience program based in Barcelona,Sant Cugat. You will learnonHPlogisticsnetwork and processes and support our continuous customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.

Your ability to analyze data, make the link between operational processes and data, and communicate efficiently will be key success factors for the position.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyzelogisticsperformance data and uncover mis performance root causes.

  • Propose and developnewanalytical solutionsor automations to improve analysis efficiencyand reduce manualeffort.

  • Re-think and implement automations on current processes within thelogisticsteam.

  • Support data analysis on the Total Customer Experience program, specifically in thelogisticsfield.

What are we looking for?

  • Third- or fourth-yearstudent, as well as master’s, currently enrolled in an engineering bachelor, preferably in Data Engineering, IndustrialEngineeringor a related field.An academicagreement isrequired.

  • Strong knowledgeonExcel.Previousexperience with Power BI and Power Automatewould bea plus.

  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills:availability to analyze dataand interpret it correctly to offer new optimization solutions.

  • Proactive, curious, and dynamic personality:Capacityand eagernesstolearn quicklynew tools, processes, methods, etc.

  • Solid adaptability and project management skillsAdaptquicklyina highly dynamic environment such aslogisticsand be able to offer newsolutionto manage moreefficientlyprojects.

  • Knowledgeinsupply chain functions is a plus.

  • Fluent in English.
