Falcon Complete Analyst Interns will work from CrowdStrike’s offices in San Antonio, TX or St. Louis, MO.


About the Role:

As a Falcon Complete Analyst Intern at CrowdStrike, you’ll make a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world. Our CrowdStrike virtual security operations center offers opportunities to expand your skill set through a wide variety of experiences, detecting and responding to incidents as they occur in real-time for our customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with our customers to validate and respond to their security concerns.

  • Assist with triage of incoming customer inquiries to assess priority. Investigate and respond to requests to ensure customer environments are secure.

  • Collaborate with support teams to triage and fix customer issues.

  • Learn and use different CrowdStrike Falcon Modules to aid in helping to protect our customers from new and innovative threats. 

  • Gain exposure and experience working incoming issues and alerts and determine whether they are malicious and why.

  • Contribute to project-based work with cross-functional teams while gaining exposure to triage workflows, product functionality, and specialized security tooling


What You’ll Need:

  • Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year College or University working towards an AA, AS, or AAS / BA or BS / MA or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Policy, or a related field. 

  • Graduating during or between December 2026 - August 2027.

  • An eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and collaborative projects specific to your internship field.

  • Collaboration is intrinsic to the success of our mission. Therefore, the strongest applicants will be those who can communicate effectively and frequently, and work well with fellow interns and employees.

  • Fundamental understanding of information security, sysinternals, and network communications.

Bonus Points:

Successful candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas: 

  • Incident Handling: experience conducting incident response for organizations, investigating targeted threats such as Advanced Persistent Threats, Organized Crime groups, and Hacktivists.

  • Computer Forensic Analysis: a background using a variety of forensic analysis tools in incident response investigations to determine the extent and scope of compromise.

  • Systems Administration: an understanding of system internals and Active Directory is required to understand how to implement and execute countermeasures and perform remediations.

  • Malware Analysis: ability to perform static and dynamic malware analysis to aid in your investigation and understanding of incidents..

  • Incident Remediation: strong understanding of targeted attacks and ability to create customized tactical and strategic remediation plans for compromised organizations.
